Trick or Treat will be held on October 31, 6-8 p.m.
Each year in West Carrollton. The date is set by the Dayton Area Mayors and Managers Association. Please dress your children accordingly as this event will not be cancelled or date changed due to the weather.
Residents who choose to participate should leave front porch lights on.
Please use caution when driving in the area.
