This is a day to celebrate our community! Volunteers, city staff, and members of the City Beautiful Commission will join together to clean up different areas around our city. We will also help residents who require assistance weeding and cleaning up debris in their yards. We will meet at the Civic Center on the day of the event at 9 a.m. to hand out assignments. Allie Trangenstein is a passionate art educator and a proud graduate of the University of Dayton, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Art Education. During her time at UD, she played a key role in organizing the Senior Art Show and gained hands-on experience working in the university’s gallery. After student teaching at West Carrollton High School, Allie officially joined the district as an art teacher for the 2024-2025 school year.
